APPLICATION FOR TENANCY - INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE TENANTS
Welcome to Ray White Real Estate Noonan & Shute and thank you for applying to lease one of our properties. To avoid unnecessary delays in processing your application please ensure that it is completed in full with your full name, telephone numbers and references. Also please indicate the lease term you prefer, (6 or 12 months), and the date you wish to start the tenancy. (Please note that you must have viewed the premises internally with one of our Property Managers before we can accept an application from you). A separate application must be completed for each person who is to reside in the premises. Following the checking of your application the successful applicant(s) will be contacted to pay a Reservation Fee in cash to secure the premises. You will need to bring your current passport or drivers’ license or passport with you, for confirmation of your particulars. An appointment date will then be made to sign the Tenancy Agreement. We are pleased to offer our tenants a friendly yet professional service, showing properties, arranging leases and promptly organising necessary repairs or maintenance when required. Our staff are at your service to attend to your property management needs.
